This virtual Japanese cooking class is held once a month via Zoom.

Cook along while a Table for Two chef demonstrates how to cook a Japanese recipe! Registrants receive the recipe and a list of ingredients in advance, and are encouraged to cook along.

This month's recipes spotlight Japanese festival "SETSUBUN" food - Ehomaki with Soy Milk Matcha Latte. JASA members, or members of other Japan-America/Japan Societies receive a $5 registration discount.
